And Oz Trails is a world-class network of over 500 miles of pristine biking trails that meander through the beautiful gem of the Ozarks. But Oz Trails had a challenge: they needed to connect the beauty of the Ozarks to each and every visitor, in a way that allowed them to carry a visual expression of the land they loved. To bring their vision to life, we crafted a strategy from concept to e-commerce, merch forecasting & development, product design & sourcing, private labeling, and final delivery.
But the magic we built was beyond mechanics: Each piece, every transaction, was tailored to the Oz Trails experience. We connected the Oz Trails vision -and NWA communities— to a brand that featured the multi-colored hues of the luscious Ozarks, a reflection curated through every product and purchased with love.
